Thank you for shopping at IDILX.

Because our products are custom-made and printed on-demand specifically for you upon receiving your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/design selection, or accidental orders.

Please review your order details, shipping address, and design choices carefully before finalizing your purchase.

🛑 Cancellations & Address Modifications

Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our printing partners to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

  • Cancellations: We can only cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement.

  • After this 2-hour window, the production process begins, and we cannot stop, alter, or refund the order.

📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept standard returns, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong design/size by our mistake, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Contact us at contact@idilx.com with your Order Number.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item showing the defect, along with a photo of the shipping label on the package.

Once we verify the production or shipping error with our manufacturing partners, we will process your replacement or refund immediately. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

📍 Lost Packages & Wrong Addresses

  • Incorrect Address: IDILX is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout. In such cases, a refund will not be issued.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status confirms it has not been delivered after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us, and we will arrange a replacement order for you.
